While he learns about all the ins and outs of the literary industry, Lilith's assistants, sweet Cassie and sarcastic Vance, are put at odd's end when a once-in-a-lifetime promotion presents itself. Hijinks and drama ensue as the young professionals balance the line of friendship and professionalism in this honest and heartfelt office dramedy.

A new student Levi shakes Ash's world and offers himself freely, creating the first stable friendship Ash has made in years, even though he never wanted one.
